Service Requests
I understand that no service request will go into effect until I'm notified by an agent of the Greenmor Insurance Agency that the request is being processed. I acknowledge that the Insurance Company will send me a confirmation of the requested change upon approval. I also understand that my service requests will become a part of my file.

Certificate Requests
I understand that certificate requests will be generated by an agent of Greenmor or by the Insurance Company itself if appropriate. Certificates will be issued within 24 hours unless there are some special wording requirements by you or your contractor. In some instances although rare, there are times when a certificate can't be issued. If a certificate is denied you will be notified as soon as possible. I understand that I'm bound by the certificate terms and conditions as listed on the certificate itself. I also understand that all certificate requests will become a part of my file.

Coverage Requests and Descriptions
I am aware that no coverage is bound until I have been notified by an agent of the Greenmor Agency that the requested coverage is bound.

Privacy Practices and Policies
Any and all information collected on you by the Greenmor Insurance Agency and its' employees/agents is held in confidentiality and is only used in the process of conducting business.

Insurance Companies use many different types of information to underwrite and qualify insurance for approval. The many different types of information that we gather include but are not limited to Credit reports, Accident and claim reports, Motor Vehicle driving record reports and information on the application. Any information that we process/inquire on are only shared with the insurance company that we are considering placing your insurance coverage through.

Your email address is not shared with anyone or any company without your permission. Permission can be verbal or in writing. We comply with all state and federal laws.
